Irwin Tepper Associates specializes in
asset liability analysis, policy development and financial planning for
employee benefit programs and other institutional pools of capital. The
firm's specialty is asset liability modeling of defined benefit pension
plans. Founded in 1982, we provide both consulting services and license our
proprietary software to clients. Our
clients include plan sponsors, investment managers, government agencies
and consultants.
Dr. Irwin Tepper is founder and president
of Irwin Tepper Associates. Dr. Tepper was previously an Associate
Professor at the Harvard Business School where he taught corporate
finance and investments. He has lectured at the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology. He holds a doctoral degree from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Tepper's research has been published in
leading journals, including the Harvard Business Review, the Journal of
Finance and the Financial Analysts Journal. His work has been cited in
Fortune, Institutional Investor, Forbes and Pensions and Investments
Age. He is active in executive education, lecturing and leading case
discussions to a wide variety of audiences.
